Hunter B. Upton, M.D.
Dr. Upton, a Knoxville native, received his fellowship in Neuroradiology from Vanderbilt University Center and completed his internship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Upton earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine – and bachelor of science in Chemical Engineering with Pre-Medicine Specialization from Auburn University.
He is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Radiology, American Medical Association, Knoxville Academy of Medicine, and Tennessee Medical Association.
Dr. Upton is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and joined the Vista Radiology team in 2024.
