Dr. Phillips joins Vista Radiology in 2022 after completion of a residency in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio – receiving Commendation for Excellence in Medical Student Teaching and Nominee for Teaching Excellence. He also studied in Cleveland at the University Hospitals Regional Hospitals during his Transitional Year Internship.
Dr. Phillips received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and Master of Business Administration, where he was treasurer for Business in Medicine – from Lincoln Memorial University, DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Dr. Phillips holds membership in professional societies such as: Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine, Radiological Society of North America, Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, and Business in Medicine Club.
