Dr. Thakur joins Vista Radiology as a local to Knoxville – where she completed her radiology residency and internship at the University of Tennessee.
She received her medical degree with honors in public Health Policy and a concentration in medical Spanish from New York Medical College. Dr. Thakur earned her undergraduate from the Washington University in St. Louis – with honors in College of Arts & Sciences and Community Service – primary major in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology with Cognitive Neuroscience concentration, secondary major in English Literature – minor in Biology.
Dr. Thakur is a member of several professional organizations including the American Board of Radiology, Radiologic Society of North America, American Medical Association, and American Medical Women’s Association.
Dr. Thakur joined Vista Radiology in 2022.
