Dr. Peter Szpakowski completed a Diagnostic Neuroradiology Fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania following his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Pennsylvania Hospital. He earned his Doctor of Medicine with honors from Jagiellonian University Medical College and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Dr. Szpakowski is a diagnostic radiologist with subspecialty expertise in neuroradiology and extensive experience in teleradiology. He provides comprehensive imaging interpretation across a broad spectrum of studies, with particular expertise in emergency radiology, inpatient imaging, and advanced neuroradiologic examinations.
He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology in both the United States and Canada and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology. Dr. Szpakowski is certified by the American Board of Radiology and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
He joined the Vista Radiology team in 2026.
